Product Overview

The Composite Running Track is a sports surfacing system that combines the drainage ability of porous tracks with the high resilience of fully rubberized tracks. Its structure consists of a base elastic layer, an intermediate reinforcement layer, and a top wearing layer. The base layer uses single-component polyurethane binder mixed with rubber granules to provide elasticity. The middle layer uses binder with finer granules to increase density and strength. The top layer is sprayed with EPDM or fine rubber granules. This structure offers better rebound and wear resistance while maintaining some permeability.

→ The composite track has an additional reinforcement layer above the elastic layer, making it denser, with better rebound and higher wear resistance – suitable for high-frequency use – while still retaining some drainage ability.

Q2: Is the composite track suitable for rainy or hot regions?

→ Yes. The base layer still has some porosity to release moisture, reducing blistering risk; the reinforcement layer improves overall durability.

Q3: Does recycled granule affect running feel?

→ No. Recycled granules have slightly lower elasticity but are fine for fitness and school use. We recommend recycled for base layer and virgin for reinforcement & top layers for best cost-performance balance.

Q4: Can I buy only materials without installation service?

→ Yes. We focus on material supply and provide full drawings and guidance for self-installation, or can recommend local contractors.

Q5: What is the MOQ?

→ No minimum. Any quantity from a few drums/bags to thousands of tons.

Q6: What binder packages are available?
