Product Overview

The Eco‑Low VOC Foamed Full PU Track brings sustainable microfoam technology to elite sports surfaces. The microfoam elastic layer uses a water‑based, low‑free‑monomer PU binder that emits less than 0.2 mg/m²/h of VOCs – meeting the strictest European and Chinese indoor air quality standards. The top layer uses virgin EPDM (20% rubber content) from ISO 14001‑certified suppliers. While the track itself contains no recycled rubber (microfoam requires virgin PU for consistent cell formation), we offset this with 100% recyclable packaging and a programme to grind and reuse end‑of‑life tracks as infill for other surfaces.

Ideal for LEED‑certified school competition tracks, green university sports centres, eco‑conscious club facilities, and indoor tracks requiring low odour.
