The Full PU Running Track is a premium sports surfacing system made entirely of polyurethane (PU) binder without any rubber granules mixed into the elastic layer. Its structure consists of a pure PU elastic layer (formed by two-component PU binder with a small amount of filler) and a top wearing course of virgin EPDM granules sprayed over pure PU slurry (or a self‑textured PU surface). The top layer uses only new EPDM granules; the rubber content (typically 15‑20%, premium up to 25‑30%) directly determines the granule's durability, color stability, and UV resistance – higher content yields better performance.
