The Silicone PU (Si‑PU) Court System is a high‑performance elastic surfacing system based on organic silicon modified polyurethane technology. It combines the cushioning properties of polyurethane with the weather resistance of acrylic‑silicone hybrids. The system features a unique three‑layer “firm top, elastic bottom" construction:

  1. Primer & Interface agent – one‑component PU primer for sealing and bonding the substrate; interface agent to enhance interlayer adhesion
  2. Elastic cushion layer – one‑component solvent‑free PU, applied in multiple passes (total 2‑5 mm), providing impact absorption and energy return
  3. Reinforcement layer – one‑component high‑strength PU to improve structural integrity and flatness
  4. Waterborne polyurethane top coat – pigmented, UV‑stable, anti‑slip, and wear‑resistant

All underlayers (primer, interface agent, elastic and reinforcement layers) are one‑component polyurethane – moisture‑curing, no mixing ratio required, simply open and apply. The top coat is waterborne polyurethane – easy to apply, low odor, and environmentally friendly.

Total system thickness: 3 – 8 mm (customizable by sport type, usage frequency, and fall protection needs).
