It features the signature “firm top, elastic bottom" structure: a one‑component solvent‑free PU elastic cushion layer (3‑5 mm) provides superior shock absorption (35‑45%) while maintaining excellent energy return (ball rebound ≥90%). A high‑strength one‑component PU reinforcement layer improves flatness and durability, and a waterborne PU top coat delivers UV‑stable colour, wear resistance, and adjustable slip resistance (0.5‑0.7 wet). All underlayers are one‑component – no mixing ratio, easy application, less risk of errors. Total thickness: 5‑7 mm (customizable).
