Product Overview
The Eco‑Low VOC Si‑PU Court is designed for environments where air quality is critical – indoor sports halls, school gymnasiums, residential developments, and green building projects. All underlayers (primer, interface agent, elastic PU, reinforcement PU) are one‑component, solvent‑free formulations with extremely low residual monomers. The top coat is waterborne polyurethane – VOC <50 g/L, water‑cleanable, and nearly odourless during application. Unlike rubber granule systems, pure PU elastic layers release no particles. The porous structure allows moisture vapour to escape, preventing blistering. This system meets the strictest indoor air quality standards and can contribute to LEED certification.
✅ Ideal for: indoor basketball and volleyball courts, school gymnasiums, multi‑sport halls, LEED‑certified community centres, residential clubhouse courts, and any project prioritising environmental and human health.

Q: Is this system safe for indoor use immediately after installation?
→ Yes. The waterborne top coat emits almost no odour. The underlayers cure to a non‑toxic, inert state. We recommend ventilating for 48 hours as a precaution.
Q: Can it be installed in a basement with moisture issues?
→ The porous structure allows moisture vapour to escape, but standing water or rising damp must be addressed with a proper moisture barrier before application.
Q: Does it have any recycled content?
→ Standard Si‑PU uses virgin materials. For a recycled content version, we offer an optional recycled PU binder (up to 20% post‑industrial) on request – please enquire.
