While mixed tracks are naturally dense and non‑permeable, this version uses a special hydrolysis‑resistant PU binder that resists breakdown from moisture and heat. The top layer uses UV‑absorbing virgin EPDM pigments that reflect some solar heat, keeping surface temperatures 5–8°C lower than standard dark tracks. The dense structure means no water is absorbed – after rain, simply sweep off standing water and the track is ready for use.

Ideal for sports centres in tropical monsoon zones, coastal cities with salt spray, desert‑climate training bases, and high‑altitude venues with strong UV.
