A full 0.8–1.0 mm system (primer + 3–4 mid coats + top coat + texture) can be completed in 2–3 days by a 3‑person crew, including base preparation. The base can be recycled asphalt (RAP) or virgin – both work equally well as long as they are stable and cured. The court is ready for play 24 hours after the final top coat.
