The Eco‑Recycled Hard Acrylic Court is the most sustainable option in our hard acrylic range. The base layer uses 100% recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) or recycled concrete aggregate, stabilised with a small amount of new binder. The acrylic coating itself contains no recycled content (to maintain colour and UV performance), but because the base represents 90–95% of the total material weight, the overall system achieves 50–60% recycled content. This approach diverts waste from landfills and reduces CO₂ emissions by approximately 40% compared to an all‑virgin system. The coating meets ITF Category 3 (medium pace) and provides 7–10 years of service life. Important: the coating does not prevent base cracks – ensure the recycled base is properly engineered.
